However, it’s important to note that your PalmPay account number will never change. The lost number will remain your PalmPay Account Number. This can never be changed even if your contact PalmPay support team. But there’s only one way to change it; open another PalmPay account.

3. Create a New PalmPay Account

Yes, if you want the new number to be your PalmPay account number, then you will need to register another PalmPay account with the new number.

I know you’ll be wondering that is it possible to create two PalmPay accounts using one information? Yes, it’s very possible. In fact, the central bank of Nigeria supports this. The apex bank allows individuals or businesses to have two accounts in one financial institution.
