You can only delete your transaction history when you decide to close or delete your account. Same thing goes to Moniepoint; POS agent doesn’t have any power to delete or modify their POS terminal’s transaction history.
Agent can only view, download and print transactions history on the Moniepoint POS. These transactions are recorded for accountability and regulatory compliance, and most POS systems, including Moniepoint, do not allow the deletion of transaction records.
In a nutshell, you can only access, sort by date, month and time, and download and print transactions history on Moniepoint POS machine in Nigeria, as you cannot delete the transaction history on the payment terminal.
